About Krys-n-Jack:
Krys-n-Jack is a collaboration between Jacquetta O'Dell and Leslie Henry, who met in 2003 in their home State of Oklahoma, and have been inseparable since their first encounter. While in Oklahoma, Jacquetta and Leslie maintained an independent clothing line featured in several self-produced fashion shows and events. After a short study stint in London, the pair moved to Los Angeles, where they currently reside. Jacquetta graduated with a dual degree in Fashion Design and Business, and she is currently pursuing her Masters in Creative Writing.

Leslie, whose background is in interior design and upholstery, has always been focused on fabrication: She perfected her craft in not only fabric, but leather, wood, and metal. Jacquetta, who oversees EM & Co's online boutique and designs out of the upscale store on West 3rd Street, handles most of the business and design on the line, which she does out of EM & Co. Both women have an obsession with alternative textiles and strive to create pieces that will challenge them to continually create. The inspiration for their Spring 2010 line comes from this obsession. The 'Knockers' combines wood, leather, and metal: The wood and the leather are both raw materials that they have cut, dyed, stained, and cured. With this collection, they honor the craftsman, our modern day warrior.

About Scott Ward:
Scott Ward works in corporate America, in a typically drab cubicle, and stares
at spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and data all day long. When he gets bored
or distracted, he uses Microsoft Excel to unleash his creativity -- the shading
on the spreadsheet cells takes on a whole new meaning. The 'secret' files
are then emailed home, and the designs get recreated on canvas, in paint...
